Sarvasiddhanta Services Private Limited (SSPL) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to SSPL-operated websites and services, including TenniScore and Theta.

Theta is a workflow and case-management platform designed for organisations and operational teams. Theta may process organisation details, user records, uploaded documents, reports, photographs, billing data, and related workflow information required for operational and reporting processes.

Theta may integrate with Google Drive solely for the purpose of creating and managing folders and files associated with organisational workflows initiated by users. Theta only requests limited Google Drive access required for application functionality and does not access unrelated user Drive content.

TenniScore allows tournament organizers to create tournaments, manage player registrations, collect entry fees, and score matches. To provide these services, we may collect limited personal information such as email address, tournament details, and payment references.

Payment processing on TenniScore and Theta is handled by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay and PayPal). SSPL does not store users’ card, bank, or wallet details. All payment information is securely processed directly by the respective payment service providers in accordance with their privacy policies.

Some SSPL tools and services, including PDF and image utilities on our websites, operate entirely using client-side processing technologies. Files opened or processed in those tools are not uploaded to our servers for conversion or storage.

We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) and advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) to understand general usage patterns, including pages visited, approximate region, device type, and browser information. These technologies may use cookies or similar mechanisms but do not collect information that directly identifies individuals by name.

TenniScore and Theta – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SSPL-operated platforms and services, including TenniScore and Theta, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Nature of the Service

Theta is a workflow and case-management platform intended for organisational workflow management, document handling, reporting processes, and operational coordination.

TenniScore is a software platform designed to assist organizers in managing tennis tournaments.

• Player registration
• Automated draws
• Match scoring
• Result viewing

TenniScore is a tool only and does not organize, supervise, or officiate tournaments.

3. Organizer Responsibility

Tournament organizers are solely responsible for:

• Tournament rules and formats
• Player eligibility and participation
• Match conduct, scoring, and results
• Handling disputes, walkovers, retirements, or rule interpretations

TenniScore is not responsible for disputes or outcomes arising from organizer decisions.

4. Payments & Access

• Payments made on TenniScore are for one-time access to create and manage a tournament.
• Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
• Access to a tournament remains available until the tournament end date plus seven (7) days.
• After this period, access may be restricted or closed.
• Refunds are not provided once access has been granted.
• Any exception to this policy is at TenniScore’s discretion.

TenniScore does not handle player entry fees, prize money, or any financial transactions between organizers and players.

Theta may operate on subscription-based or usage-based access models depending on the services and organisational plans provided by SSPL.

5. Availability & Reliability

We strive to provide a reliable platform experience. However, continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime or maintenance may occur.

6. Data & Privacy

Platform, workflow, and user data is stored electronically. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Acceptable Use

• Users must not misuse integrations such as Google Drive connectivity or document storage workflows.
• Users must not misuse the platform or attempt to bypass access controls.
• SSPL Platforms and services must not be used for unlawful, abusive, or malicious activities.
• Access may be restricted or terminated in cases of misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

TenniScore is not liable for:

• Tournament disputes or match outcomes
• Scoring errors or data inaccuracies
• Financial losses or indirect damages

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our platforms and services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Refund & Usage Policy

Sarvasiddhanta Services Private Limited (SSPL) provides multiple digital tools and services, including Theta, a workflow and case-management platform, and TenniScore, a tennis tournament management platform, as well as other productivity utilities such as 3CTool, PDF Merger, PDF Compressor, PDF Sorter, GPS Camera Pro, and ZzpDwn.

Many SSPL productivity tools are offered free of charge and are provided on a best-effort basis, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

TenniScore is a paid service intended for tournament organizers. Payments made on TenniScore are for the creation and management of a specific tournament and grant access to the platform’s features for that tournament.

Payments made for TenniScore are non-refundable.

To protect organizers from payment-related issues, TenniScore includes an entitlement mechanism. In the event that a payment is successfully completed but a tournament cannot be created due to a technical or network issue, the organizer’s entitlement is preserved and can be used to create the tournament later without making another payment.

Theta is a paid workflow and case-management service intended for organisational and operational use. Payments made for Theta may include onboarding, subscription, usage-based access, or related workflow-service charges and grant access to the platform’s associated features and services.

Payments made for Theta are non-refundable.

If an organizer / user experiences a technical issue where payment is deducted and the service cannot be accessed or delivered despite the entitlement mechanism, they may contact SSPL for assistance. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and appropriate resolution may be provided.

From time to time, SSPL may accept voluntary donations or contributions to support the maintenance and hosting of free tools. Such contributions are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for maintaining copies of their own data and files. While SSPL takes reasonable care in providing its services, it is not responsible for accidental loss, corruption, or misuse of data or files on users’ own devices or accounts.
